Returns

• Products may be returned within 2 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging with all accessories included.
• Proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) is required for all returns.

Exchanges

• Products may be exchanged within 3 days of receiving your order, subject to stock availability.
• The item must be unused and in its original packaging.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

• If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
• We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
• Products without original packaging or missing parts.
• Personal care or hygiene products after opening (if applicable).

Refunds

• Once the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days.
• Refunds will be issued using the original payment method whenever possible.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
